Initial Contact

You can reach me through the contact form or by email at roman@shortall.law. I respond to all enquiries promptly. If your matter is not within my area of expertise, I will guide you to another solicitor.

Consultation

If your matter falls within my practice area and I believe I can help you, I will contact you to arrange a brief phone or video consultation to discuss the next steps. I don't charge a fee for these consultations, as they give both client and solicitor a no-obligation opportunity to decide whether there's a basis for working together.

Fees

I don't charge fees by the hour. For most matters, fixed fees are agreed in advance.
