Roman Shortall - Solicitor

I was born and grew up in Dublin. I co-founded Irish investigative news publication The Ditch, where I uncovered wrongdoing within state bodies and challenged institutional power.

Shortall Law specialises in legal challenges against public bodies and resolving disputes with regulators - for individuals, businesses and organisations.

I've spent 15 years working in public law and media and have been involved in complex legal challenges against public bodies before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and European Court of Justice.
