REGULATORY DISPUTES

What I do

I help professionals, businesses and organisations resolve regulatory disputes, drawing on 15 years of legal and media experience.

Having investigated their failures from inside a newsroom, I understand how regulators make decisions and the commercial consequences of bad ones.

I advise and act at every stage of a regulatory matter: responding to enquiries and information requests, navigating enforcement and, where a regulator has acted unlawfully, challenging the decision by judicial review or statutory appeal.

The matters I typically handle include:

• Startups facing regulatory barriers

• Professionals facing regulatory enforcement or investigations

• SMEs refused permits or authorisations
