What I do

I help professionals, businesses and organisations resolve regulatory and licensing disputes in Ireland, drawing on 15 years of legal and media experience.

I understand how regulators actually make decisions and the consequences of bad ones, having investigated their failures from inside a newsroom. 

I advise and act at every stage of a regulatory matter: responding to enquiries and information requests, navigating enforcement and, where a regulator has acted unlawfully, challenging the decision by judicial review or statutory appeal.
